Overview
I was tasked with designing an application for an arts exhibition organized by the local Council in collaboration with a group of creative arts students. The exhibition, known as the Stockport Mile Gifted Sculpture Trail, was created by art students and a graduate from Stockport College to commemorate the opening of the new 'Viaduct Park' and as part of the Town of Culture weekender celebrations. The sculptures were strategically placed throughout Stockport City Centre, offering participants a captivating walking tour experience.
Each sculpture featured a QR code that, when scanned, directed users to a dedicated webpage. This webpage provided comprehensive information about the artwork, details about the artist, and an option to play an audio file as well. Despite the short notice and a tight three-day deadline, I successfully led a team of five to develop and launch the entire application on time.
